  1. GENERAL POLICY

At Manjari Flower Jewellery, all products are carefully quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.

We follow a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy on all orders except in cases where the product is received in a physically damaged condition and the customer fulfills the mandatory proof requirements mentioned below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of jewellery products, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Earrings
  • Necklaces
  • Rings
  • Jewellery Sets
  • Customized or Personalized Products
  • Items purchased during Sale or Discount offers

No exchange, return, or refund will be entertained unless the strict damage verification conditions mentioned in Section 3 are met.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR DAMAGE CLAIM (MANDATORY 360° UNBOXING VIDEO)

A refund or replacement will ONLY be considered if:

a) The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery.
b) The customer records a clear, continuous 360-degree unboxing video.
c) The video must:

  • Start before opening the outer packaging.
  • Clearly show the sealed parcel from all sides.
  • Show the package being opened.
  • Show the product being removed.
  • Clearly capture the damage.
  • Be uninterrupted and unedited.

d) The damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide a complete, continuous 360° unboxing video will result in automatic rejection of the claim.

  1. HOW TO RAISE A DAMAGE CLAIM

To report damage, the customer must email:

Subject Line: Damage Claim – Order #[Order Number]

The email must include:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Complete 360° unboxing video

Claims without proper documentation will not be accepted.

  1. APPROVAL & RESOLUTION

All claims will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.

If approved, Manjari Flower Jewellery may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer a replacement (subject to product availability), OR
  • Provide a partial or full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The final decision regarding approval or rejection of any claim rests solely with Manjari Flower Jewellery.

  1. CASES NOT COVERED

We do NOT provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Edited or incomplete video
  • Claim raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
  • Slight design variation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Cancellation requests before dispatch may be accepted at our sole discretion.
